Judging from what has happened with the Chiefs in the early stages of the season, the effect of hiring Andy Reid, who was fired by Eagles management at the end of last season, has been felt. The perception has always been that Kansas City had talent, but needed a mentor who was able to bring that out. Reid might be that guy.
