Last season, the New England Patriots outlasted Seattle 28-24 as one-point underdogs to claim Super Bowl XLIV. Heading into this season with a milestone 50th NFL Super Bowl title on the line, the Seahawks top the futures list as +460 favorites to win their second world title in three seasons. There is no real reason to think that Seattle will not be right in the mix after winning two-straight NFC Championships, but it gets tougher and tougher to fend off the pack when you have already had that kind of success.

Speaking of the pack, the second-favorite on 5Dimes’ futures list to win the Super Bowl is the Green Bay Packers at +600 betting odds. The Packers made it all the way to the NFC title game last season before coming up short in a tough 28-22 loss to the Seahawks as 8.5-point road underdogs. The Packers are heavy -315 favorites to once again win the NFC North, so gaining home field advantage throughout the playoffs could be the difference maker this time around.

The Indianapolis Colts have the best odds to win Super Bowl 50 of any AFC team at +900, slightly edging-out the defending champion Patriots, who are a close second at +1000 online Sportsbooks betting odds to repeat. Many feel it is Colts’ quarterback Andrew Luck’s time to assert himself as the premier signal-caller in this conference, but you would have to think that New England quarterback Tom Brady might have something to say about that. The one caveat would be if Brady’s current four-game suspension for his role in a deflated football controversy is upheld following an appeal.

Another AFC quarterback that might take exception to these NFL football betting odds is Peyton Manning of the Denver Broncos. His team was favored by many to win last year’s Super Bowl and heading into the 2015 season, the Broncos are fifth on the list at +1300 to win it all this year.

The next five teams rounding-out the NFL’s top 10 begins with Dallas at +1500, followed by Baltimore at +2200. Philadelphia is next on the list at +2500 with Pittsburgh’s odds to win set at +2900 and Arizona’s set at +3000. Top
