Despite back-to-back losses overtime, The Cincinnati are still on top of the AFC-North. Their advantage will all but disappear if there will be another setback this week when they host Cleveland Browns. The defeat will also mark the first time they have lost in the season series in eleven years.

After a seventeen to six loss in Cleveland on September 29, – that was their 2nd consecutive loss in the series after winning thirteen of sixteen- the Cincinnati Bengals built a good divisional lead over the Ravens and Browns by four straight wins.

Coach Marvin allegedly had said that they need to play better against the Browns if they are to climb out of a hole they dug. Although they tried to battle back from large deficits in both defeats, the Bengals could not close things out. Two weeks ago at Miami, they overcame seventeen to three hole before Andy Dalton in overtime was sacked for a safety.

Last week, Baltimore’s seventeen to zero halftime advantage was erased by the Cincinnati who tied the game at the regulation end. This was after the improbable fifty-one yard A.J. Green’s touchdown catch.

Although he has being under fire for his overall play over the last two games with fifty three point eight passer rating, Dalton has been very crucial in the efforts of comeback. Against the Cleveland Browns, he was inefficient going twenty-three for forty-two with two hundred and six yards and an interception. Defeating the Cincinnati Bengals will be a very big accomplishment for the Browns that will mark the first win since 2002. In nine of the last the seasons, the Browns have lost ten- plus games.

Jason Campbell in his first two team’s start has recorded Cleveland’s highest passer ratings of the season.
Against the Ravens, he suffered bruised ribs but coach Rob said that he was at full speed in Monday practice. In the last two games, Campbell has gone forty-five of seventy-one for five hundred and fifty five yards, 5 TDs and no interception. In his last two games against Cincinnati, Josh Gordon has caught 7 passes for one hundred and seventy yards and a score.
Giovani Bernard in his last 2 games has 3 TDs and 723 yards. In 5 straight games, Green has gone over one hundred receiving yards but was held by Cleveland in week four to 51 on 7 catches.
