Julio is done for the season, and Roddy while available is severely physically limited having only brought in 14 catches for 129 yards this season due to that injury and time missed.
Harry Douglass has put up decent numbers during his time filling in during injuries, but the talent between he and a healthy Roddy, let alone Julio is massive. Since the passing game is so in flux it will be up to the Falcons defense, and running game to generate points

1) Establish the running game: The longer you keep their defense on the field the better your chances of avoiding being hurt by their high powered offense
2) Defense must contain the big play potential of Cam Newton and keep the game close
3) Clock control: This ties in with the running game. This is the key to their chance at victory.
4) Special teams: They cannot lose sight of Tedd Ginn jr. who has always been a threat to hurt you in the return game.
As for the Panthers, they are riding a hot streak right now with Cam turning it on just in time, as a team they are over .500 for the first time since their playoff run. They have the seemingly ageless Steve Smith as a number one receiver, Tedd Ginn has emerged as a legitimate passing threat, Greg Olson their big-bodied tight end is difficult to guard, and of course they still have a running game, even if Jonathan Steward is slowed, in Cam Newton.
